Year in Numbers:

  • Dr. Neal Lester, our director, was honored with the 2023 Gary Krahenbuhl Difference Maker Award.
  • Project Humanities was bestowed with the Anthem Award in the Community Engagement Category.
  • Project Humanities gained support from 122 Humanity 101® Founders, comprising individuals, groups, or organizations investing a minimum of $1,000 in programming.
  • Media coverage featured 34 stories about Project Humanities.
  • The Resource Index, showcasing over 450 Knowledge Resources across various Categories and Sub-Categories, was successfully launched.
  • Project Humanities hosted 17 events, drawing a total of 5,721 attendees.
  • The 10th annual Hacks for Humanity, focused on Hacking for Social Good, engaged 55 participants, 14 mentors, 8 volunteers, with support from 7 sponsors and 35 supporters.
  • A total of 1,752 individuals pledged their commitment to the Humanity 101® Pledge, till date.
  • The Homeless Outreach Programmes provided support to 4,080 clients.
  • A dedicated team of 2,128 Homeless Outreach volunteers contributed an impressive 4,256 hours of service.
